RETURN POLICY
D.A.G Automotive ensures that you are a satisfied customer. We want to ensure your purchase is exactly what you ordered. If something is quite right please contact us!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels intact.

To complete your return we will require proof of purchase via receipt of sale.

Please do NOT send back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
On return we will inspect the item and ensure that it is eligible and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved a refund will be provided via the method you purchased the product.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively you can return the item to our workshop if desired in person.
